Solved! Today I received this message on my Shopify admin page.
DSers-AliExpress Dropshipping needs to be updated by the app developer. Contact them for support or uninstall the app.

DSers a great app especially if you are just getting started with your dropshipping business. It is easy to integrate with AliExpress and Shopify and has many automated features available. DSers also has great customer support that responds quickly and will investigate and answer any questions thoroughly. Shoutout to Via who helped us use the DSers order tracking that auto syncs tracking numbers from Aliexpress to Shopify using DSers. Thank you!
