Una foi super solicita e eficiente quanto eu estava tendo problemas para alterar a moeda BRL ao dsers. Investi bastante tempo tentando resolver o problema sozinho antes de entrar em contato com o suporte, porque pensei que seria uma dor de cabeça tentar fazer com que eles ajudassem, mas estava errado! Fiquei satisfeito ao resolver meu problema com agilidade usando a função de chat do messenger. Una me enviou capturas de tela e acompanhou meu progresso. Eu deveria ter entrado em contato desde o início, poderia ter me poupado muito tempo e dor de cabeça. No final, Una resolveu o problema em menos de 10 minutos. Esta foi a melhor experiência de atendimento ao cliente que eu recebi de uma empresa de tecnologia. Gratidão Una e DSers!

Une cliente avait commandé une variante de couleur mais dans la commande AliExpress apparaît une autre couleur donc j’ai contacté le supporte DSers qui a été très rapide et précise a changé le le variantes et je voudrais les remercier pour son efficacité y gentilles et la rapidité avec laquelle ils m’ont aidé
