I worked with Prerit Agrawal on the Spotify integration with Quickbooks. He was very knowledgeable and professional. So far the response times with any issues/questions has been ok as well. Nehal was very helpful on the tickets when needed help. We started implementing a week ago, this is our second week and working great.

Great app and support team very impressed switched to this app from the bold app and wish I did it sooner! The functionality of this app is by far superior and once you have it setup to your liking it works amazingly as I already had experience using quickbooks and other apps I didn't use any onboarding but they do offer that service if you are new which should give you confidence that your quickbooks will be setup correctly. Plenty of options here to customise how refunds, fees etc are handled in quickbooks which I like I can't really fault the app at the moment which is why I have already paid for the year I know it will be great!
It's made syncing our online store with our QB POS seamless and so easy! Webgility also has provided great support for onboarding to make the process easy.

I have been using Webgility for a couple of days only. I have new questions everyday on the set up and implementation. I have to admit that the support team is very reliable and helpful
I want to save you time and aggravation, go with Webgility! I wished I found them earlier. This is one company that its software actually does what it says it does. I have had bad experiences with 3rd party apps for both Shopify and Quickbooks, they will advertise that they do everything, but it is not till you have invested way too much time that you find out the truth. Webgility from the first contact through onboarding have been professional and very knowledgeable most importantly very helpful.
The app doesn't work for me, and the only resolution they have is to try to double bill me for app fees - first through Shopify then also on a credit card. Despite this, they still can't even get the app to work and the only thing they say they can do to fix it is to try to charge me much more for a tier of the app that I will never need nor use. I just can't use apps released under fraudulent pretense or with a support team that doesn't even understand how to get their app to work.
