What this app promises is exciting. Automated syncing between Quickbooks and our online sales. "When" it works, it's awesome. The issue is that it seems to break weekly. This week's break was that it stopped pulling in bank transaction fees associated with credit card sales on Shopify. It just started sending transactions to Quickbooks that don't have the fees separated or deducted. Two weeks ago it worked fine, this week, it's broken. 3 days of exchanging emails with foreign tech support and they tell us to disconnect and reconnect our processor. Doing that gives a warning that it will erase all transaction history. There's no way I'm willing to do that based on an email from someone in Asia that just says to try it.
So, support is poor, system breaks weekly, but when it works it's awesome. Oh, and it's quite expensive!
Faizan and Vipin are very courteous and professional. They have helped not only with integration, but with other setup questions. They have shown a lot of patience in answering my questions and at the same time contacting the other support team to solve the issues. I wish them best of everything. Thank you
We have been working on our website for a long time, finally with Webgility we are able to see the light at the end of the tunnel! They have been awesome help with connecting our shopify store to quickbooks desktop! Faizan Sheikh did an amazing job teaching us how to use the app! We look forward to working with him in the future!
So far the process has been great. The demonstrations are very helpful. System seems very user friendly and adaptable. Looking forward to more training and using the system to automate processes that are taking too long currently. Faizan has been so easy to work with and provides solutions. Appreciate his knowledge of the product and asking questions that will benefit our company.

Webgility integrates with QuickBooks online however if it could have one more option of making item with Quick books online item category then it will be amazing.
We chose this app because we wanted to automate the transactions between Shopify and our QuickBooks Desktop. The onboarding process is exceptionally well done. We were starting from scratch, which meant many settings had to be configured and the tech support has been exceptional. It's impossible to go wrong when there is someone who can directly help with all those initial settings. The web help is pretty extensive as well. Looking forward to a smooth running eCommerce solution moving forward!
Webgility has been very easy to use and they provide excellent support.
DO NOT USE this app. I got charged my credit card $49.00 for FREE TRAIL. It's a 3rd party App. Shopify asked me to contact Webgility for the REFUND, and I have contacted Webgility customer support for the REFUND, they kicked the ball back to Shopify. I'm going to dispute this from my bank. BAD SUPPORT!! UPSET!!!
