We are very pleased with webgility and it's ability to sync items, customers, tax codes- everything with our Quick Books desktop version and Shopify account. Webgility has saved us hours of manual order entry, which saves us money on staffing. Their customer service is exceptional! They answer very quickly and resolve any questions we may have. Finally there's a way to sync QB desktop to all your online stores!
Webgility has been an integral piece in ensuring our Quickbooks financials properly reconcile with Shopify. Without this software we would be wasting countless hours manually keying in orders. Couldn't recommend more.
Webgility has been a wonderful solution for us to integrate from Quickbooks Enterprise to Shopify. We needed a solution to merge Brick n Mortar to our E-Commerce. The Webgility app has been reliable and the customer support and onboarding is spectacular. My rep just walked me thru how to resync all my downloaded orders for the whole year with just a click of a button. Excellent App!!!
Our company uses Shopify Plus and QuickBooks Enterprise (QBE) in a hosted environment. We were looking for an automated application to download all Shopify orders into QBE. After reaching out to several companies we decided to go with Webgility. The initial process for us was lengthy as we were downloading historical transactions. The Webgility team assisted with finding the proper hosting environment. Once we got past the historical posting automation we reset settings and we have been able to run smoother and have seen an improvement with posted orders/ payouts and inventory management. The Webgility support team has been fantastic even with the time zone difference. Thanks to all especially Faizan and Kanishk for being here to assist with all our questions, concerns and and getting everything running to par.
Faizan was fantastic to work with. What seemed like an insurmountable problem was routine for him. He had an answer for every question.
E-commerce is new to us. Our core market is wholesale. Webgility has helped automate this new segment for us. It reads data from QuickBooks, and transfers that live data to our Shopify store. This includes available quantities, pricing, etc. A great tool. And the customer service support we have received from Kshitij Tiwari has been superb. We call him our Webgility hero!
Webgility is a great solution for setting up our e-commerce division in quickbooks. Kshitij has been fantastic with supporting our transition to this new system. So far everything is customizable to our situation and the automated features will help reduce our workload manually entering sales reciepts.
