Webgility ‑ QBO & Xero Sync

We've used webgility for years for multiple different websites, their flexibility and attention to detail is unmatched. We're able to download and post orders to quickbooks in specific ways that we're not able to find elsewhere. Their support team is wonderful and quickly hops on to help with any issues or questions we have.

We’ve tested multiple connectors between Shopify and QuickBooks Online, and Webgility is the only solution we’ve found that truly works the way QBO is meant to work. The biggest win for us is that Webgility can create summary invoice in QBO that accurately relieves inventory, instead of flooding QuickBooks with thousands of individual transactions. That alone makes it a standout product for any business doing real volume in Shopify.

Beyond the software itself, the onboarding experience was excellent. Faizan was instrumental in getting everything set up correctly. He clearly understands both Shopify and QuickBooks Online, walked us through the nuances, and made sure the integration was configured exactly the way we needed. What could have been a painful setup was actually smooth and straightforward.

If you’re serious about clean accounting, proper inventory relief, and scalability with Shopify and QBO, Webgility is hands down the best connector we’ve used.

I have worked with the Webgility for many years and their customer service staff and help with integration or customization has been extremely efficient. We use them to integrate with Quickbooks and Shippingeasy. Also the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Really enjoyed how well Webgility is working for our store and their customer service has been amazing in onboarding and troubleshooting since we integrated with Webgility. Highly recommend using this app to save a ton of time/headache as well as avoid any errors in reporting.

I am impressed by Webgility. Faizen was helpful and knowledgable. The only thing that would be better was Webgility's ability to get the meeting times right. We had to reschedule a few times because their meeting times were off.

Webgility saves me a lot of time. I've been using it for several years. Customer support is excellent as well.

I've used Webgility for another company and just started with my second. I had to complete another onboarding. Faizan was a fantastic help in implementing the automation and explaining in detail how the set up would work across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart to our Quickbooks online. I'd recommend Webgility to anyone! It's a great product and the team there is really great to work with.

Not a good experience. Signed up, for the top plan, explained everything to their sales team that we wanted a turn key solution. Didn't care how much the cost was. After signup, It started off good, but then payouts didn't match up to the bank feed. After spending 45 days on it wasting many hours, with online screen shares, they had to keep going back to their engineers because something was not correct.

Finally, I found Acuity through A2x software, and they said the same thing. They are constantly moving customers from webgility because their software does not work.

We also spend an additional $200 with webgility to take care of the entire setup. At the end, they stuck us for $680 and we were never able to import any transactions into quickbooks online. They said they don't refund. So make sure you have money to waste if you plan on signing up. They keep saying they want to try it again and they fixed the problem, etc.

We have moved on to a2x and it is working great! Setup was 1 day.
