We have been using Webgility for about 2 years now to synchronize our orders and inventory between Shopify, Etsy, and Quickbooks.
It did take some time in the beginning to get everything working properly which felt like a challenge. However, I'm glad that we stuck through it. Once we were a couple of months in and fine tuned all of the settings with the help of the webgility support staff it has run very smooth and has saved us a great deal of time in data entry.
On occasion (2-3 times per year) we will get an error due to Webgility or Quickbooks updating their software. But a quick call to Webgility Support resolves the issue. The Webgility support staff will commonly do a screen share and fix everything as we watch.
Contacting support is typically very fast with a hold time of less than 2 minutes. I have seen reviews that indicated that the support was handled by a call center. At first I believed these reviews but quickly realized that support is simply an India based company and that the entire staff is extremely well versed and trained in the software.
Bottom line- you may be a little frustrated when first starting off- but stick with it- once you are up and rolling you have access to some of the best integration and support staff that I've experienced.

Online supplement sales - Shopify > Webgility > QuickBooks Online
Our inventory is maintained primarily in QuickBooks so it was important for me that the app was able to easily map shopify sku's to QuickBooks products. It can do alot of that work auto-magic-ally but it also allows for manual mapping as well.

This app does support QuickBooks Online Product Bundles, and unlike some other apps offers a solution to mismatched pricing between product bundles in Shopify and QuickBooks Online so that I'm not constantly having to go in and update synced orders to match the actual order price.

I waited too long to implement this software, I'm actually sad about all of the hours wasted on manual processes and other apps that just didn't meet the specific needs we have.

Kshitij did my implementation and he was phenomenal. Actually everyone I've interacted with at Webgility has been very professional and extremely helpful. I tend to be impatient with onboarding calls and such but Kshitij was responsive and flexible with me and showed me only what I needed to know rather than sticking to a script and wasting my time. Excellent customer service experience!

5 star customer service:
First off I can't speak highly enough about the customer service from both Ishan and Faizan. From jumping on a call last minute to assist me with questions on how to's, calling seperately on a day off during their holiday and then again taking care of implementation calls to make sure all my issues and concerns were taken care of even on Labor Day holiday. It was very unexpected but so very appreciated!! They made sure that this online software was exactly what we needed to fix an issue that Intuit put on us by sunsetting a software without any solutions for our e-commerce business. I would recommend them both and Webgility as a company as they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Can't say thank you enough!!

I started this journey after a very bad experience with a competitor application. I have to say this has been night and day. The team Deep and Prerit have held my hand through this process. We were successful in getting my Shopify Stores connected to Webgility and Webgility connected to my QuickBooks. Any and all questions that I had they found an answer for! It is great the amount of personalization they are able to achieve. I look forward to using this application to streamline my order process, improve accuracy and provide more time for the more important things - Connecting with Customers.

Webgility is making it a lot easier for me to run my online store with my brick and mortar. I think that it will help me become a more successful small business by being able to have a fully integrated e commerce system. Help desk is AMAZING. I was able to schedule a walk through with no problem and I'm confident that I'll be able to move forward with making my site even better!

Onboarding process is very very quick - I installed the app myself and went through the initial setup, but I went ahead and scheduled an onboarding meeting just in case. The team was thorough and caught several details that I had missed. They ask plenty of questions to make sure they understand your specific needs and they're able to follow up at lightning speed. While other tech companies may take days or weeks to respond, Webgility provides immediate responses within minutes or hours. Very pleased with the experience we have had so far.

Migrated from connex, which was a disaster in the end—integrated directly with Shopify and Amazon marketplaces. Intuitive dashboard with every feature needed. P&L for every transaction and automatically post merchant and seller fees. Onboarding was the best I've experienced with any software vendor. Could use some more work with sales tax calculations and breakdown instead of a gross amount by state

We tried out six different Shopify to QuickBooks integrations and found each lacking needed features. In the end, we landed on Webgility Desktop. My only complaint is that I wish we could have used Webgility Online, but it doesn't support Shopify POS. Aside from having to set this up on a local computer, the software is probably the most flexible solution on the market, making it easy to conform to exactly how you want to run your accounting. And Prerit offers a very solid onboarding experience, taking to time to carefully go through all of our questions and make sure we have answers.

I have tried many apps that promise an easy Quickbooks integration, Webgility is the only one that really works. Faizan and his team walked me through the setup and followed up with me until all was set up right. I can definitely recommend this app.

We've been using Webgility for around 10 years. We currently have a Shopify store and two Etsy stores and we are able to successfully sync the stores' inventories with our Quickbooks master inventory. Webgility integrates well with Quickbooks. We download our orders from our stores into Webgility, print packing slips, process shiping, print labels and post to store and to Quickbooks. We've been very satisfied with Webgility. We run the system with an admin computer and two add-on computers with no issues.
The customer service is great. There is almost no wait time for technical support and the technical support team members are very knowledgable.
