Great app, did everything I needed it to.
We starting using this app to sync Shopify orders with Quickbooks. The support we have gotten from the Webgility team has been great. Would highly recommend to anyone who might need this for their bookkeeping.
Good service
Webgility is a great tool, but it is frustrating for me that it does not post an exchange rate on Foreign Currency transactions. I have spoken with Webgilities technical support about this issue and their position is that QuickBooks should be posting the exchange rate. The outcome of this is that we have to manually change a couple thousand transactions each year that are sold on Amazon in Canada. Each transaction is posted as having a currency exchange rate of one. Last year, we had to take a $60K write down at the end of the year because of this problem with the Webgility integration. Outside of that (significant) issue, it works very well. I do love the feature that transactions can be unposted, settings revised, and reposted. That feature has been pure gold.

I've been working with webgility service since 2021 and this app reduce a lot of paper work for me. I had to make QB invoice based on online sales everyday and now Webgility do all those jobs. It works very good. Satisfied with their tech support team as well.
As a user of Webgility for the past few years. I can say that its worth every penny. its one of those apps that once its up it runs forever. It is just there to help your work load at anytime. Customer service is very knowledgeable and ready to help.
The step by step instructions were helpful to reinstall the extension, but I needed to have support dial in to fix my problem. As soon as he did I was all set!

I've been using Webgility for about 5 years now- first with QB desktop and now with QB online. Customer support has been exceptional each time, during and after setup. The online connection is user friendly and easy to setup and maintain. The on boarding process is very thorough and covers all areas. If anything can't be immediately solved, support is on top of it and sees any issue through to resolution. Using Webgility has and will continue to be a solid time saver for our business.
