Vipin was very helpful in understanding my problems and quickly was able to resolve the problem and explain to me how it works. Webgility has been a good connection and very user friendly. Most of my issues have been me not understanding how I wanted it to connect but all the support staff has helped me through that.

When it works, its great! They often have updates that if you don't install can cause the scheduler to stop working. But their technicall support (last pers on I spoke to was Shobhit) is really great and they usually help resolve any issues quickly.

I love the syncing - both ways of products and customers. I feel confident that Inventory Quantities are being updated as well. The only issue I have is that we cannot exclude Service items- all become Inventory without a choice there

Once we have matched the SKUs in Shopify and Quickbooks webgility will assist in streamlinging the orders and less room for errors. We would certainly recommend Webgility to users that have a SKU system set up
