After trying out another app that would manage multiple markets, I had a mess in my Etsy shop I had to clean up. CedCommerce made it easy. They provide the tools to easily integrate with Etsy - but more importantly, they have excellent documentation and a support team that goes above and beyond!
I accidentally deleted 24 products from Shopify and panicked...how was I going to get them back? Then, I realized they were still on my Etsy shop through CedCommerce, but I didn't know how to copy them back to Shopify. Shikhar was SUPER helpful in fixing this issue for me and teaching me the steps for if it happens again in the future. EXCELLENT customer service (oh, and the app has been great for my Etsy business!).

We've been a customer of CedCommerce for about a year and it is one of the best performing apps on our Shopify store. On the few occassions that we have required help sorting out an order, they have been very quick to answer and resolve the issues - always been pilot error on our part. This is very helpfull when you're under a time pressure to get orders fulfilled and can't see what you've done wrong. The app is very easy to use once you understand some basics and has reduced our time in fulfilling orders to a minimum. This app just works - does what it says on the tin. 10/10 for customer support - at any time of the day.

Adarsh is the best. The CedCommerce Etsy App is the best. Easy to use and amazing functionality. Adarsh has been super helpful and made this integration a pleasure. I am looking forward to trying more CedCommerce products in the future. I am currently using the Etsy and Amazon integrations.
The tech support is amazing! I was having some trouble figuring out why some of my items were not synching but Ardash set me up with a simple template that fixed the problem in minutes. I might have otherwise given the app 4 stars, but their free service more than makes up for any complexity issues.
I have mostly worked with Shikhar and Anyatra who are always ready to assist me. They efficiently resolve any issues I may have and patiently explain how the application functions when I require clarification. Specifically, the application integrates smoothly with Etsy making the sales and inventory process easy to maintain. Thank you!!
