Initially, everything was working smoothly with Shipway, and the service appeared reliable. However, after some time, serious issues started emerging.
Without proper justification, they began deducting amounts from our account under the name of overweight charges. These charges were not raised by the courier partners but appeared to be applied internally by Shipway. When we repeatedly requested courier-provided weight images or official proof, none were shared, which clearly raises concerns about transparency.
More importantly, the weight calculations seem to be based on the number of items in a shipment rather than the actual dead weight or volumetric weight, which is against standard logistics billing practices. Charges appear to be applied randomly, with no consistent or verifiable logic.
This lack of clarity, documentation, and accountability makes it difficult to trust the platform for long-term operations. Businesses relying on accurate billing and transparent reconciliation should be extremely cautious before committing.
Shipway is a reliable and easy-to-use platform with accurate shipment tracking. The KAM Ankuh verma is very supportive, responsive, and proactive in resolving issues. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
I have been facing serious problems with them, firstly, when I forgot my password and tried to reset it, their forgot password link never worked, then I had to create a new account using my phone number. They never bothered fixing that issue for me.
Secondly, they will say that they have an option for NDR calling, but the NDR calling person will not put any effort in the call and forcefully disconnects the call within 30-40 seconds, she may also irritate your customer and may lead to a very bad experience. Additionally she is also sometimes rude with them. If you do not monitor their NDR dashboard, they will stop calling the NDR orders.
Thirdly, every 15 days they will charge your account for the weight discrepancies. Even before raising a dispute, your account will be charged for the amount and will be in negative. You will be left with two options, either pay for the illicit extra weight charges and continue with the other shipments, or email their support team and wait for 15-20 days to get your refund and hold all your shipments meanwhile.
Finally, I had one return shipment, that was returned with an empty box, I raised the ticket immediately on the next day, they replied to me after a week saying that they cannot do anything about it as it is out of time (TAT).
The only good think about them is their website user interface and availability of all the couriers especially Blue-Dart Air.
Unable to get support from the Shipway team, no POC provided, ticket closed automatically, they did not reply to emails, never resolved the issue on their portal, billing issue, Invoice print issue, tax calculation issue, order sync issue, return create issue.
Most sellers are facing these issues, but no one attempts to resolve them.
Very pathetic customer support. Very poor service, always unnecessary overwight charges, Very HIGH RTO without reaching out to customers.

There is no proper customer service and even they dont respond for your emails i tried raising multiple tickets no one would respond dont trust this company
Very Poor App..I have installed the app 5 days back. It asks to sign up, after entering all information, it says
Error Please Accept terms and conditions
and surprisingly there is no terms and conditions to accept. No way to reach them out too.
It's been more than 6 months we are using Shipway. I won't say it's seamless, but the customer support is truly commendable. I would especially like to highlight the name of our KAM, Harsh — he's always available when it's urgent, even beyond working hours.
His responsiveness and problem-solving attitude have made a significant difference to our operations.
Having a dependable POC like him really builds trust in the service.
We’ve had a fantastic experience using the Shipway app for our shipping operations. It has streamlined our entire process, from generating shipping labels and manifesting orders to tracking shipments and managing NDRs, ensuring that each package reaches our customers safely. Our customer queries related to shipping and tracking have reduced multifold, and our operations team’s efficiency has increased so much that we’ve even reassigned some staff to new responsibilities.
A special mention goes to Shivam Sharma, our point of contact, who has been exceptionally polite and helpful throughout. In my experience, this is a must-have shipping app for any small or medium D2C brand in India.
Read this before you finalize to install Shipway after reading the positive feedbacks here. I have been using their service since a year now. First few months were so great and upon asked I left a 5 star review for them. But today my thoughts are completely different. Once you start using their platform the charges for couriers increase without any notice. They even stop showing couriers that are affordable and you have to choose the high price couriers. Also, once you face any issue their whole team seems to vanish and they keep on changing managers and least they care to reply for weeks. My 2 issues are still unresolved for the past 4 months and they take weeks to even reply to simplest queries. I even tried to raise my issues in the Google meet sessions but they simply ignore. If you are just starting your business - DO NOT GET INTO THE TRAP OF SHIPWAY.
