The Project Coordinator has been supportive and helpful in addressing ongoing logistics issues. However, we are still facing challenges with the logistics integration in certain areas, leading to increased RTO cases and customer complaints regarding deliveries. In some cases, parcels are returned without reaching customers, and there have also been instances of non-brand products being received in returned shipments. Additionally, claims for such cases have not been provided in most instances.
A special thanks to Naveen for the excellent support and quick assistance throughout our experience with Shipway. He has always been responsive, helpful, and proactive in resolving issues on time. Shipway’s platform is smooth, easy to use, and has helped us manage our shipments efficiently. Highly recommended for e-commerce businesses looking for reliable logistics support.

WARNING: Stay away from Shipway.
In our experience, we lost a huge amount of money because of weight discrepancy charges that were automatically accepted in the backend without our knowledge.
For more than 6 months, we had no idea these charges were being applied. When we finally audited our invoices, we were shocked to discover that lakhs of rupees had been deducted through questionable weight adjustments and auto-accepted claims.
Always verify every weight dispute manually. Never assume the system is protecting your business.
If you don't regularly audit your billing, you may keep losing money without even realizing it.
This has been one of the worst logistics experiences we've had. We cannot recommend Shipway based on our experience.

COMPLETELY GARBAGE APP. When you try to install it and configure it with Shopify, it never works. Contacting support only results in being told to uninstall and reinstall, and requests for a call are never returned. Instead of wasting time on this app, look for another option. I would not recommend this app at all.
