One of the best things about Omega is how quickly you can get into a conversation. The interface is clean, intuitive, and designed to work seamlessly on both any mobile (IOS)(Android) and desktop. They have a 24/7 support team and was absolutely outstanding fast, patient, and they resolved my issue immediately via chat. Cam was above & beyond, It’s rare to find such dedicated support. After installing the app, it is not displayed on the home page, only on the product page, but when contacting the support team, the support team is very enthusiastic. And then it was transferred to the technical team to fix the error, and the error was quickly fixed. And the technical team discovered that there were a few errors on the theme, so they advised us to fix these errors. Great, excellent, wonderfull. The application is easy to use, integrating many channels to use to communicate directly with customers.
