Horrible! Is the best way to my experience. Unable to get deleted stock removed.
Also information is not automatically updated to Instagram.

I am unable to connect my facebook store to shopify and only can connect instagram store to shopify. There is no option to select to connect facebook to shopify!

I have been trying to connect my Shopify store to Facebook, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. In my attempts to set things up, I accidentally created a few Facebook pages and now, I find myself in a situation where I can't link any of my Facebook pages to my store.

The lack of clear guidance and support has made this process feel impossible. I’m extremely disappointed that what should be a straightforward integration has turned into such a chaotic mess. I expected better from both Shopify and Facebook, especially considering how crucial these platforms are for my business.

I hope there will be improvements to the setup process and better support options for users in the future.

overly complicated, terrible support, i had to set up a whole new meta account just to make this work because i got scammed on marketplace 3 years ago and my account was flagged..
only using it because i have to reach more customers.
painful experience so far and i have barely touched the sides of this rubbish.
so many menus and sub-menus you can tell its made by people who are not working in a coherent team to achieve a polished product that works seamlessly for the benefit of the user.
instead we have been left with a labrynth of menus and dead end troubleshooting articles to become a full time job just to promote a business on their platform.

It doesn't work. My store has been under review for over a month despite all the items being approved and when trying to setup the store through the app, it crashes every time. Stuck with a business advertising through Facebook and Instagram which can't link its products etc...

Still lots of complication listing a simple product and Meta page is extremely complicated and not user friendly for customers.. Dynamic or this and that.. It should be simple shopping platform for ALL!
Also it is not helping sellers to generate decent profit, what comes goes for advertisement. Disappointing and discouraging

The link between the three apps are poor. I wish that, whenever I have a new product, the listings will automatically reflect to Instagram and Facebook apps. Its so annoying to have to go into the separate page within shopify, add my new product, then to have it approved.

If these were auto connect, I would rate 5 star and be a forever loyal user.

5 months on shopify waiting for my review to be approve. i have a lot of followers and traffic on instragram and customer service said it only can be approved when i have followers and traffic on facebook, but my mainly customers are from instagram, so there is nothing i can do, and i really think its unfair not having facebook and instagram active on my Shopify because of this. very very upset with this

One of the worst platform to sell in Meta especialy since they stopped the shop on the Desktop computers and focused of Mobile only.

Your ads on desktops becomes full of errors and missed links.

Meta support is null!!
