Really good review exporting tools, useful displays that work automatically & a Great Customer Care.
I use this app after trying others. it was simple to set up and effective i love it, within minutes i started seeing reviews of purchased items.
I use these guys on both my stores and they do an awesome job. The support team is ridiculously responsive, even on the weekends or any time really. The app itself gets the job done, can't recommend them highly enough.

Holden in customer service was right on time with my request at the most frustrating time. Not knowing he was actually going to get back to me so quickly, I was speaking with Shopify customer service and they were giving me other app options I could choose from...I was so close to deleting this app. It was because I was in my emails and saw that I actually got a response, and from the first email back to me, he showed that he was initiating fixing my issue and it was just for me to confirm if the change had been made. I appreciate companies like this to provide a fast turn around, cause I could've lost a good company at the peek of my frustrations. Thanks so much for your help even in the late night here. I appreciate 100%.
The customer support got back to me and answered my question. I haven't experienced the app enough yet but felt like from what I can tell it's a good app.
First of all, I don't normally write reviews for apps or anything as a matter of fact. Out of all honesty, I'd give Fera a 6th star if I could. I own and operate several Shopify stores and this app has by far the most seamless integration of every conversion widget you would ever need in a store. If you do not have a developer and don't want to pay for a handful of apps for conversion optimization, this is what you need.
I've been using Fera for many years and I have yet to come across any issues. Their customer service team is top notch and the value you get for the amount of apps within their app is just amazing!

I've been using this app for over a year. It's been a great experience. Although they add more and more features every month, they manage not to break any of the old ones I've set up a year ago. Which is amazing for such a complex product. Great support teams as well!
