I've been testing the app for a few days and it is really user friendly, easy to use and does exactly what I need.
I have been using it for few weeks now and I was able to add my first customer opinions manually, what is great because I had few customers before I found FERA App. You can create campaigns and decide when do you want to send the mail to ask for the review, what helps a lot. And I also love that the app has got the possibility of adding photos, and a title to the description.
Great for more than just review. Easy to reach support if needed. Would recommand this app for everyone.
