Great app even though we did not need it.
We asked for a refund as we had it on for 2 months but were not using it.
Flits was very responsive and we got the refund.

Voilà ! This is the second store in which I installed Flits app. It works well. The applications is very easy to install and to customise. The support team is very friendly and can help you with any other customization you which to implement.

This app will definitely improve the overall customer satisfaction on your store.

Pretty cool, but I just wish there was a way to either remove the gender options without going through all the code or a way to add a custom option/"other" option. It's unfair to customers who don't identify specifically as male or female. It would be preferable to allow customers to type in whatever they would like in the gender field!

Great customer service. I used Flits with the integration of Return Prime to take care of my account pages and returns. The flits team added the return prime button for me in less than a business day. Highly recommend!

I have used this on a couple of the stores that I run now for the store credit function as well as the nicer customer account page it creates and it works great. On this particular site I had some custom changes that I was hoping for to make the optimal customer experience on my store store since it is run a little differently. I didn't know if it would be possible, but the Flits team has quickly assisted me with these customization's and I could not be more thrilled.
