Excellent, excellent, excellent company to deal with! Their support, the software and ease of use is just superb. This is a must have for all Shopify stores.

Just started with this app. So far a few hiccups but support team is great and things get solved very quickly!
Suggestion: allow users to customize more on the customer account page e.g. colors, layouts etc. Having said that, experience has been good so far and will definitely recommend.
I think this is an amazing app and it rewards your customers along the way. At this time I am not ready to fully implement it in our store but I will consider adding it in the future. The staff are friendly and helpful and the layout looks really good in your store. It will enhance the customers experience most definitely.
Needs to work on customer service, emailed them four times in two weeks never received a reply.
The app doesn't work, however, it leaves behind code in your theme.scss hidden that assumes you are using the app and app is in your customized setting section field.
I installed and uninstalled the app within an hour, once I noticed it did not work.
I need to report this to shopify, something is not right here.

Very quick to respond, updated errors without issue. The reorder function is great and something our customers will definitely benefit from.

Had a horrible experience with this app and this app caused our website to crash, which we only figured out because Shopify team had to look into the issue and discovered the app was causing our website to act crazy so immediately uninstalled it. Was promised I'll have my money refunded back to me by Flits and never received the refund. Bad customer service, shady and lack of communication.
Be careful with this App!!!
First and foremost, the STORE CREDIT is an extra $20. The wishlist is $7...that is ON TOP of the subscription plan that they advertise here. Very deceiving pricing IMO.
Secondly, it does a lot of code editing in your theme...but it leaves the code there when you uninstall it!!! They have a code delete list on their FAQ BUT IT IS NOT COMPLETE (You have to comb through the code to completely remove everything). I just spend half an hour going through my code just to remove the obvious but who knows what else they put in there.
My suggestion, make a backup of your Theme first then just publish that if you don't need their app (or just don't install it). I don't know why they did not suggest to do this in the first place, which makes it a bit sus.
False advertising is all over their page.
First, they say they have a 30 day free trial. They do NOT.
Pricing says $5-$10 based on customers.
Description makes it seem like there are a lot of features.
The base plan with the advertised price has very few features.
Every single feature they list is an additional add on.
The add-ons cost more the higher the base plan you choose.
Not a good way to do business. Support is not very helpful or responsive.
I really wanted to like this app, but to get just the store credit, wishlist, and base features it would be over $50 a month for the level plan I'd want.
And who knows if it is any good anyways? They don't let you try the add-on features before paying!
