With the AI assistant, it made it a lot easier to come up with a flow that I had in mind. It was easy to use and setup.
Can be difficult to learn, but it's so worth the effort. Dedicate some time to learning how to create a working flow, and then automate everything you possibly can! Tip: Every time I create a new flow I add a step to the end that adds a specific tag to the product or order affected. That's an easy way to determine if the flow is actually working.

Very difficult to use. Conditions are not easy to understand. AI could certainly help if it could create full flow following our requests / description. Also not being able to edit an existing flow by adding condition in teh middle of a flow is really not handy (you may add a new condition, but you can't link it to the rest of the flow / you must recreate all the flow from scratch)
the sidekick integration is a game changer, flows have saved us probably 30 or more hours this month!
It's great if you have familiarity with logic trees! It can do a lot and connect to external apps, which is super helpful for automations. It's saved us a lot of time! The only downside is that the templates are not always easy to edit or implement.
Unnecessarily complicated. Had to use ChatGPT to set up a second workflow without the new segment receiving the wrong emails. Stressful and so much hassle.
This app has been very useful for a handful of needs when automating certain tasks, or creating custom events for other connected app in the Shopify ecosystem.
amazing app to create workflows for your emails and more. I recently learnt that you can create a flow to get notified that there was an error in a Flow!!
I love Flow, but it needs some major improvements still. For example, it can trigger flow when things are created, but doesn't have the same for when something is made inactive, deleted or expired. Another example is for Discounts app. It can trigger a flow if the discount is created, but doesn't let you set it for the Discount that is created if you want to set the trigger for the start date, and/or the end date. If I could, i create a Flow to add a tag to all products listed in the Discount when the Discount starts, and then remove the tag when it ends.
