Shopify Flow

i have made so many attempts to get this to work. I love the idea, but it takes too long to solve issues and I quit as I don't know how to fix the foundation of why a flow isn't working

Flow makes managing my shopfiy account easy. I can create workflows to do things I normally cant or dont have time for, such deleting spam custromer accounts, or blocking fraudulant purchases. I highly reccomend it!

Shopify Flow + Messaging is inconsistent when it comes to setting up automated emails. Sometimes drafts can be selected normally, while other times the selection does not work at all. As a result, simple tasks like creating automations become unnecessarily time-consuming and complicated. Sidekick also keeps generating workflows errors and adding even more friction. It is hard to understand how a platform that positions itself as simplifying e-commerce can make simple automation tasks feel so unintuitive.

Excellent tool. The workflows are like clockwork, easy to set up and coupled with the AI assistant, the tool is amazing. I utilize the both the schedule and manual flows for different reasons. The automation saves me a significant amount of time each week.

Sometimes the AI isn't as intuitive about how to work around a problem - for example, to backfill orders that wont be caught in the new flow it advised me to use an external app when it could have suggested to set up a second flow set up slightly differently.

eh va male male.. si inpianta spesso, le preview delle email non si aggiornano, non è possibile modificare certi elementi se non cacnellandoli e rifacendoli.. e mi dimentico qualche altra utilissiam feature

Med hjälp av assistenten i Shopify är det relativt enkelt att skapa Flows som man sedan kan redigera, men har man aldrig jobbat med scheman och liknande så är det inte helt givet.
Har haft några problem med aktivering och avaktivering av flow, men det verkar ha löst sig och dessutom valde utvecklaren av den app som flowet kulle styra att själv lägga in schemamöjligheter i sin app, så det löste hela problemet
