I received a very fast reply from Emma who aided me in removing the app branding within in less than 5 minutes. Very impressed with the customer service!
Works well for a free app. I gave it 3 stars because they have made it difficult to change the form font sizes in CSS, and if so, should add Font Size along with Color in the appearance tweaks.

Is good app not incredible, nad you need to have a liltle knowledge about code and some others things i need to complete 100 charaters
The Form builder app is super easy to use, and to also customize the forms you want. It was very easy to integrate with my free shopify theme pages
