An unbelievable good Support. It seemed like i had a problem with the app in my backend, turns out, something else was messed up. But i didnt figure that out, the support of the GDPR app did found the issue in my code and also fixed it and even made my page faster. The support took full 90 minutes in a video call to help me out. I am so thankfull! Therefore, i can fully recommend to everyone, this app is cheap, easy to install and does what it is supposed to do. :)

Ich nutze diese App seit einem Jahr und hatte nun ein kleines Problem mit der Konfiguration. Der Support (Dennis) hat sich sofort bei mir gemeldet und die Fehler mit mir zusammen in einem Meeting gelöst und mir mega umfangreich geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Dennis von beeclever
Die App funktioniert tadellos und der Support hilft gerne und freundlich, wenn es doch mal Probleme gibt.
Eine großartige App. Erledigt genau den Job, den Sie erledigen soll. Falls es doch einmal ein Problem gibt, hilft der Support super schnell und sehr gut weiter. Empfehlenswert.
App läuft einwandfrei. Hatte Mehrere getestet, aber Diese war schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Supportanfragen waren binnen 30 Minuten ( Hammerschnell!!) beantwortet. Das Einbinden des Links im Footer "Cookie Einstellungen" wo der Webseitenbesucher nachträglich noch Änderungen vornehmen kann war über den Support somit schnell geklärt und eingebunden. Kann ich also nur empfehlen.
Problem wurde schnell und sorgfältig gelöst.
Der support hat erkannt das win code kaputt war und diesen haben dann experten im Handumdrehen wieder in ordnung gebracht.

Der support hat mir auch bei meinen Problemen direkt geholfen und es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert.
Schneller und freundlicher Support. App funktioniert wieder tadellos, könnte jedoch teilweise intuitiver gestaltet werden. Zum Beispiel das direkte Anpassen von Cookie-Beschreibungen abseits von Shopify-Cookies.
Einfache Lösung für den Datenschutz und schneller und Deutscher Support bei Problemen!! Ich hatte bisher nur ein kleines Problem und jetzt läuft die App wieder rund.
