I have used various page builders, and GemPages is by fart he easiest one to use. I am able to build the pages the way I want them to look...and the technical support is very responsive. Highly recommend.

GemPages has really simplified the way to creating a high quality website without the need of a developer or graphic designer. Once you get a feel for it, it's very easy. Their support team goes above and beyond to help with any issues. I've contacted them at least once a week when I ran into a problem or needed help and they were always there! Each customer service rep would take the time to help me through each step. I love how they have a chat button and not having to email or call. If you're new to creating your website for the first time, GemPages is very beginner friendly!
They respond quickly via chat every time and are very courteous with their Supports.
Other apps take a very long time to communicate via email.
The Support is very easy to use. I would like to continue using it in the future. Thank you!
Really helped improve parts of the website (product pages) without having to buy a whole new theme, which would then need to be re-customised. Helpful support too.
After spending a whole day redesigning my main product page, I finally hit publish and threw my hands in the air! I then tested the product and OH NO, it just refreshed the page rather than go to cart. I quickly got online to Gem and Cindy responded about 10 minutes later and guided me through what I had done wrong (choose button over product) and within minutes I was already to roll again, re hit publish and Hello Customers!!!! Thanks Gem, really enjoying this valuable app.

Been using Gempages for over a year now... It's all you could want from a drag and drop webpage design program. Honestly, my favorite part (which was not my favorite to start) is customer service. It used to be very difficult to get customer service to help, now though, the replies are prompt and with good instruction on how to resolve any issues we might have when working on projects. On top of that, its user friendly. I was self taught and feeling fluent after just a couple weeks. Highly recommended.
