At first I gave GemPages four stars, because it did many things well, but was still lacking certain capabilities that I want to see in a page builder, such as making popups for pages. After I left them the four star review, and while still communicating with them through the app messenger, they began trying to address every negative thing I mentioned, including their soliciting people to leave them five star reviews. I understand you have to compete in this corporate world, but we also have to be decent people. I think they got the point. I also talked to the developer, Chris, and he and his team are actually working on a popup feature now. I'm actually quite impressed by his team. They have been responsive, provided solutions, and have gone above and beyond really. Even if it is just for one more star, they earned it.
We are satisfied with the system's intuitive, easy to use, and basic features, but most of all we appreciate the speed and courtesy of customer support. We will continue to use it.

It's simple to use for someone with no experience at all. Help was available when needed. Sooo much cheaper than hiring someone to do all that for me and I can change my website whenever I want.
