A MUST HAVE FOR A SUCCESSFUL STORE
I've tried Shogun and other apps, and can really tell that GemPages is the best.
It has useful templates, guides and online support to do anything you want. The webpages built with GemPages are loading fast and beautiful.
There is a learning curve to master GemPages (just as with any tool) but once you get a hold of it it becomes one of the best shopify apps available.
There are still however some lacking features:
- easy alignment of text blocks & other elements
- separate mobile view editing (without impact on desktop)
- easy and error-free text/heading style customization.
Overall I would really recommend this tool for store owners who do not want to pay $150+ for a paid theme but want to have a custom store.

Super application, really allows to make beautiful page whether the home page or product pages, in addition to that the service, I had a problem with my theme, answer in 5 min problem set in 1 hour, I really recommend this app

We have found this app to be very useful for our website needs. Chris is very responsive and though the app has some bugs, he always is quick to try and fix the problem and is willing to work with you. The app is also truly responsive to mobile devices which is a plus. The drag and drop features are easy to use and he is always adding more features. Overall very happy with this app.

The drag-and-drop makes it super easy to use and visualize, but you are able to edit the code used where necessary to really customize everything to the way you want it.
SUpport is great and has been quick to solve any issues that I have (considering our time zine difference)
The app is a little tricky to use at first but the customer support is amazing. My problem was solved within a matter of minutes
The landing page builder is the best of the best and the support is simply awesome. I had a problem and Anthony from support solved my problem in 10 minutes.

I'm blown away by the support received whilst building my site through GemPages. With no web design or coding experience I have used other Shopify app page builders to create my website in the past, with no spectacular results. Then I found GemPages! I love how easy it is to navigate and create beautiful pages and I also love their free templates that I can use and adapt to my liking. The only negative thing I can say about this app is the lack of undo or redo feature which can sometimes be frustrating if I accidentally make a minor mistake. The most important factor for me in paying for a product is the level of customer service I will receive. GemPages is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced online for web design. No matter how small my problem, there is always someone I can speak with 24/7 - So a huge than you to Chris and the team at GemPages! I definitely recommend this!
