I give them 5 stars for their professional support team. there are some bugs there that make me confused but thanks to support team, they are always patient to help me solve the problems. They are kind.
The support is quite slow.. hopefully the support line can respond to your issues faster. Can be very confusing to set up as there is much tutorials
