The app itself is great. You have the possibility to customize everything as you wish, even more. But what impressed me the most was the customer service. The employee Tom has done an incredible job. He sometimes worked late into the night on one and the same problem. You can only wish for customer service like that.

This app is great for anyone who wants to tweak and make their site their own! It does take some time getting into the program and learning it, but the great thing is the team at GemPages are superb in customer service! If you have a question or need help getting something to work, we have always been able to reach out through the chat and get whatever it is we needed tweaked or fixed. 5/5 service and a great app!

Bella and the technical Team solved multible problems within less than 24 hours. Everyone is really kind and knows what they are talking about. GemPages is by far the best Page builder for Shopify out there. It offers great templates and allows to customise the pages into every detail. It works with a lot of integrations like review apps.
A must have for every Shopify store owner!

Like many others have said, the customer service is impeccable! Even if certain features aren't supported (yet), they go out of their way to get it done for you so you can have your site behave and look exactly how you want.
But outside of some small features lacking, I would say this app is extremely easy to use in terms of building any webpage you'd like!
