I was able to build a beautiful customized store thanks to Gem Pages. Once you learn the platform you can really make some cool, unique layouts. There are a few quirks that need to get used too but support is there to walk you through any issues. Are responsive through chat or to emails. Very happy I found them and Gem Pages really enhanced my store.
The best customer service out there - any issues you face they are on the case with speed. You can really create professional looking sites with ease with Gempages. New updates and features added regularly. Can't recommend enough!

So far so good, I can´t agree with the most critics about page load speed. Everything seems to be "normal". The app itself is pretty self-explaining and without dev skill you can achieve some really good work (imo). I especially want emphasize on the good customers service, so far it was outstanding and very helpful. Overall thats why 5 stars!

Gempages editor is much more flexible and feature rich than Shogun. Love it! I would highly recommend this app.
My experience is limited to handwritten HTML & old-school design. Gem-Pages is allowing me to knock together fresh looking new web design in a way that makes sense. the editor is intuitive and gives me access to complex programming solutions. When I have questions about creative functionality that I need to build into my website, I received quality help from text support chat. so far, Gem-Pages is the tool I need to get the job done.
GemPages is an amazing page builder that I have used in other stores and keep coming back to. If your a perfectionist with no coding skills but want more flexibility than you will get with any off the shelf theme, give GemPages a try.
Where Gempages shines though is in customer support. I have had some small issues with the theme I'm using (Booster) and Gempages and Gempages response time is usually withing hours and if required they immediately get tech support to look into the issue. For me, this has even meant writing code to address the issue and get the pages looking and functioning exactly how i want them.
And if you need some specific coding that isn't to fix an issue but more of an enhancement as I did with swatches, Gempages also offer a paid job service which is very affordable.
