The app has a decent selection of templates but ended up not needing it. It is a little expensive so I would only recommend for businesses that will use it often.

Awesome app, best customer support. Had many doubts but james and april helped me so so much even on Sunday. I must say they are super patient and give fast response! Highly Recommend this app.
It started off great! NOW A NIGHTMARE stay away. The platform is full of bugs and doesn't update correctly and has caused me to shut down my website NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH ANYONE LIKE THIS!
I don't know how this has such good reviews but this app is completely awful. After spending an hour trying to move elements around to make it work i have given up. The UI is completely unresponsive. I used Gempages in the past and it was great, however, it is now unusable. A great pity because they added some really great features

Great app so far. Looks complex but I got the hang of things pretty fast. So far my only negative is the reviews apps. I would much rather use AliExpress Review Importer by Judge.me rather then Loox or Ali Reviews. Also great fast, and easy access to customer support.

UPDATE: The GemPages app themself works wonderfully so far. Though, there was some frustration with the page-builder caused by problems on our side.
OLD: The drag-n-drop builder is great. But it's very intrusive, and creates HTML jam-packed with unnecessary, non-semantic tags that make styling painful! In short, suitable for prototyping, bad for production.
After leaving a positive review of 5 stars, I feel compelled to let customers know and rewrite my review after experiencing extremely negative things about this app. Overall the app does what it is supposed to do with minimal bugs. My issue was with the customer support team. I have requested multiple times for assistance regarding the design on our product page however i have been told that they are 'overloaded' with work every time i reach out to them. It has now been over two months asking them to assist with two changes to be precise and have been given empty promises every time i raise the issue, especially after mentioning how frustrating it is every time for the last 2 months. I have now hired someone to do the two implementations for me and when asked how long they took to do, he told me exactly 4 minutes. It is a real shame as i have another 6 Shopify stores that will need a page builder however after this experience i will be going for alternatives.
Great app, making our website look schmick! Only downfall I've found so far is that it takes a little while to save all the elements or publish the page but that's a small price to pay in the scheme of things when your website looks amazing!
