I am very happy with GemPages. For me, they are a must have. One of the best things is the chat support. They go above and beyond to figure out the problem. Usually it is something stupid I've done.

The service its amazing, they help you with anything you want. They design its difficult to understand at first, but once you know, its really good
Don't be fooled, you won't be able to downgrade to the free plan once you subscribed. They ask you to delete the app and risk loosing your live-page in order for you to sign up again and select the free tier. Thank you very much

I am using GemPages for all stores I have since years. The support is always geat, and knows really what to do! They write codes for you, guiding everything with screenshots, create templates for you, absolutely great. I have never experienced such a great support in an app ever!

GemPages customer assistance is next level, worth five stars alone. Two people helped me, Tony and Cindy, both of which responded very quickly to my issues from 5pm all the way to 2am. They resolved my issue completely, almost as fast as their response time. Get those two a raise.
The app has changed my design completely - the site looks so much better and I have total control over every element. This is something that I have wanted for so long. I must also say that the service here is unparalleled - I have been talking to the support team at all hours of the day and night, they respond immediately and always take the time to teach me more features. Absolutely recommend.
