The customer service is always top notch and with some time I have been able to build a website that not only am I super proud of but also can stand up against any professionally built site. This App and the GemPages support team are literally amazing. It's a very feature rich, powerful App yet easy to use and truly makes building a website very intuitive. Speaking with Chris and Janie was so supportive, they stayed with me for every last question and took the time to login and help with elements when needed. In the midst of being super busy last night Janie went above and beyond to help with every last detail of my questions. As someone who has a little bit of experience with Wordpress but still very much a novice, I would not have been able to build what I have in such a short period of time without this App integrated with Shopify. For anyone getting started with either a simple or expansive and feature-rich site, GemPages can handle it and you won't be pulling your hair out, you'll actually enjoy the process. April 2023 - I had some issues with displaying liquid reviews from Shopify Product Reviews App in addition to old testimonies I didn't want to lose on products no longer available in my shop but very valuable for customers. They were amazing at providing answers and fixes and giving me great options for design using their templates. Thank you GemPages!!

Since creating custom pages for my website I have always used GemPages and rarely do I have any issues! If I do come across something I cannot solve on my own their support staff is amazing!

Very easy to use and yet very powerfull for creating high converting pages for shopify. If you know about landing pages and CRO is the app to go on shopify store.
Also the help staff is fast and very helpfull in case of any doubts.
