It is Sunday evening where cust service (Ari) is located, but yet he got back to me and fixed my main issues (theme related) immediately and is currently working on my minor aesthetic issues now. I am totally impressed! I researched the other gift card options available through Shopify and they do not compare. Buy with confidence! :)
I like this app very much, great app for gift card and loyalty program, very useful and easy to set up. The customer service is great. They respond very fast and always help me solve my issues. Highly recommend to use this app

Love this app! Love that customers can have store credit towards their next purchase and you can even give store credit towards emails.
One little tricky thing though - make sure when you first install the app that you either pay monthly or annually. Annually is already pre selected on top. So if you don't change it to monthly, you may get an unexpected large bill. Luckily,customer service is 5 star and they refunded me. For me - I have a small business at the moment so $19.99 a month is a decent start.

Very service oriented team working to develop this outstanding app. Easy to integrate and very intuitive for our customers to use. Within days of downloading the app, our customers began to use it. Highly recommend adding it to your Shopify store.
