Just no. If you ever change levels, they will charge you the old platform fee + the new platform fee in the same month (paying double essentially). No usage days taken into consideration, which should be illegal frankly. We had to fight with them to get a refund. And their platform isn't very good... yet we ended up paying them $2k. I would not use this platform if I were you and if you do, be very careful about changing levels and the extra charges that they tack on. There are other options that aren't after your wallet. And BONUS, the make it hard for you to cancel. BONUS BONUS, you have to pay for your usage rate based on the quantity of orders you have as a store including ones that are totally unrelated to this platform (99.9% of ours were).

Had some issues implementing their default rewards page. Messaged them and it needed escalated to next level tech team. Figured I wouldn't hear back for at least a day and started to work on something else. Just minutes later I got a new chat window saying the problem has been resolved. Great customer service.

UPDATE: The team has helped me resolve any issues by making some changes. I will say they were very helpful once they were able to get back to me. When I see their customer service has improved significantly over time, I will revise and update my review. Thanks to the team for getting back to me in this critical week! I do appreciate your time and effort to help me get some issues resolved.

We needed this app to offer gift subscriptions through an integration with Recharge. At the beginning it seemed to work, however recently the experience with this app has made our gift buyers lose trust in our ability to fulfill their gift orders. There are some kind of issues going on, however the support, or even responses are very limited from the team. I understand personally when there is a huge setback with your company, all of your efforts are diverted to solving the problem. However, keeping quiet and not responding to messages from customers is a d i s a s t e r waiting to happen. Please reconsider hiring someone to at least answer incoming messages in a timely (less than 1 week response) manner.

We are very impressed with the nuisances with this app, it is very very clever and it really does tick the gift card and store credit. The customer service is outstanding and they took on our custom suggestions and will put them into action! Their rewards program is a bit weaker than their gift cards functionality. We are undecided about the cash back rewards vs other points based rewards, this is a drawback. Not being able to make the customers 'save' and 'build' their rewards is something I think may be a drawback. All in all worth the money though.

After researching an app to help generate bulk gift cards this app works fabulous. We load 2500 codes at a time and have not had any issues with the application. We have made some mistakes and support has been great to work with. Very prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this app!!
