Great Customer Service!!! App is pretty easy to understand and build, the problem occurred when it was time to publish to my website. I explained to the Customer service rep and she had it all fixed the next day when i logged on. If you come across a snag, give them a chance to help before you give up. Very helpful and polite!

I needed a new menu with a better organization for different categories of products. My theme's default menu system is not suitable for classes different products groups nor is it capable of sub-level menu.

The only option I felt I had left was to hire developer (enormous costs) or change theme (very time consuming). Choosing the cheaper but timely change of theme, I consulted Shopify support who recommended me this app.

I can say from its promotional videos and image, it does exactly as offered and even the free option is better than my theme's default one.

After setting everything up and testing it on a backup theme, I did come across some problems. However, what really made me give this 5 stars is the amazing support Helen gave me. She answered emails within minutes and got her team to fix everything for me in no time.

I am very very pleased with the customer support and fully recommend this app.

APP molto ben fatta già nella versione gratuita, assistenza top , sempre pronta a darmi assistenza, in precedenza avevo installato un altra app per il megamenu e poi ho provato questa di globo e quindi posso dire che Globo ha fatto un ottimo lavoro. La consiglio

I was having some issue with the menu on my website at yourowndepot.com . I wrote to their support team and Emma was very quick to respond to my concern. She was super helpful and responsive. Their team did a good job to revert less than 24 hours to get everything done. Highly recommended and happy with their job and service. Bravo!
