Unfortunately, we still don't know why we were flagged by Google, just that they were able to fix something on their end that was, incorrectly, flagging our domain as malicious. It was a very unfortunate event and nothing we had control over, or were able to remedy ourselves.

I have added this app to both of my websites, the support was amazing quick replies and simple easy to follow instructios. The initial setup was straightforward and took about 20 minutes. I can't comment on the sign up rate as yet as I have just gone live. Thanks to Ryan awesome support.
I just finished setting this up, but so far, I'm happy. They helped me import rewards from a previous program. The email feature and points expiry with an affordable price drew me to this app.
I was also pleasantly supprised with how well the app worked on my website. For me, it is much more intuitive than other programs when on a website.

less than a week in extremely satisfied/excellent service / excellent features / amazing pricing - I'm sure they will have 200x the users within the next 12 months. I spend over 2 weeks looking at others and they all fell short - if you're lazy and love wasting money go with the other guys

As a coffee roaster and coffeehouse, we really appreciate their pricing plans. Glow is one of the few that base it on the number of members and not the number of transactions.
For anyone thinking of using Shopify's POS, choose 'member-based' plans and avoid the transaction-based plans, which most other loyalty apps use because they will count every POS sale (even just a coffee). When we added POS, it catapulted us from a free plan to one costing hundreds of dollars per month!
Of the member-based loyalty apps we reviewed, Glow's app was the best, even better than the transaction-base loyalty app that wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars a month.

Don't like that it's a stand-alone thing, but a bigger problem is I can't exclude some products from earning points. Like if I have a product with really small margins, I want to exclude that.

This is a very detailed app that works great with Shopify. It includes all of the features you could possibly want, at very affordable prices. The customer service / help system is second to none. When I contacted them I received timely, accurate, friendly assistance. I have finally found the system that will work for our company, and I am so glad we located GLOW for our Loyalty Program.

I'm using this app to launch my loyalty program. I think it's very complete in free mode. Also paid modes are MUCH CHEAPER than other apps, so in case you need an upgrade it's not a big deal to pay.
Everyone it's always in contact, it's easy to resolve any questions or problems

For the first glimpse, the app looks very interesting; but practically it doesn't work! I installed it, customized it, and tried it but it's not reflecting the addition of points after purchases. I raised the issue to the support team a week ago, and chased them twice for updates. Last update I had was that they are "checking" and that was 3 days ago - till now it's neither resolved, nor I heard from the support team.
I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with our app, and I apologize for any frustration the delayed response from our support team may have caused you. We deeply appreciate the time you took to try Glow Loyalty and to bring this issue to our attention back in 2021.

I only started using Glow Loyalty but my experience has been great. Easy to use, customer support has been excellent (thanks Ryan!). Migration from my old system was super easy, too.

Well what can we say - Glow is an absolutely amazing reward/loyalty app and after lots and LOTS of research, we think this is the best app by far... Also, all of those other reward apps should be ashamed of themselves for charging such ridiculous amounts of money. Glow is very-very slick and really-really easy to use for us and our customers too. We think Glow is perfect for any business of any size and we're really excited for the future for our website and our customers now that we have this app installed. We're completely new to rewards points so the customer service has been simply amazing with answering our questions and helping quickly with installation support. This Glow:Loyalty App works great! So far, I have not experienced any issues with the App and I truly appreciate the pricing structure. As a start-up, it is challenging to find apps that don’t kill you with monthly fees when you don’t have a large customer base yet. It may not have all the bells and whistles as some big competitor Apps that have additional functionality for integrations, but I’m loving what it offers so far. I highly recommend it! Give it a whirl, because it’s free!
Easy set-up. Well priced at entry level. Very good customer service and response times from the Glow team with clear answers to questions asked. Does what it says it does. Haven't used the VIP Tiers as yet but all indicators suggest this will also work very well. Recommended.

I am currently using the free plan. Although I haven't really had a chance to use it with customers and get their feedback yet, I must say that the customer service is great. They are patient and very helpful. Set up is super easy. App is also easy to use.

The application is excellent that can be improved but what is available lately is one of the best for its functionality, made even better by offering an initial account for up to 50 customers in the loyalty system.
I highly recommend Glow. It was really easy to set up and it is a great way to track rewards. The customer service is absolutely wonderful. Cheers guys!

The process of getting GLOW set up on my website was really easy! The walk through process after downloading the app was quick! When I had questions, the support team got back to me in a reasonable time and throughly answered all my questions. I really appreciate the support I got from Larry. He was very helpful!
this product works well through the loyalty programs rules i've set up. Pricing is pretty good will the different tiers for total members, good cost effective solution
Great option for the price! CSS customization was great. And the customer service team was super helpful.
I don't even know where to begin with the headache this app has caused our business. We pay over $390 a month and the site is down half the month. No support and the amount of customer emails and messages we have to answer due to the site and codes not working is unbelievable. We have had to hire someone just to handle this apps issue. We will be done with this app in 2 days and it is the biggest relief for our company. If you have a high volume site Do NOT download this app for loyalty rewards. They can't handle the volume and the glitches are too numerous to list. Worst mistake we have made. The plan adds in people that just browse the shop without actually purchasing anything causing the app to exceed the limit. We went over 35k members constantly even with us deleting these fake accounts. Each the system froze the app not allowing our regular customers to use their rewards although they still charged us for the time the app was down and each time wanting us to upgrade the app to a higher plan and taking a week or more to get back to us because they wouldn't have an available upgrade on the site. We had over 35k accounts each month on the glow loyalty rearwards but did not have that amount in sales. Something doesn't make sense here. I don't have 4 extra hours a day to delete these fake accounts on the app nor should I have to pay additional $100's of dollars in fees for fake accounts. Time to upgrade your software and expand customer service. You can't charge a person when your site isn't providing the service due to the site not allowing customers to access it.
I am sorry to hear about your experience. I reviewed your account and can see that you exceeded the number of active members on your plan a few times, which caused your account to be deactivated until you upgraded to the next tier. We agree that the upgrade process needed to be improved, so we released an update several weeks ago that addressed your specific issue. Merchants can now self-upgrade on custom plans to ensure their accounts remain active at all times, up to a million customers. As for your comment about active users, we only count customers with points towards your plan limit, so it sounds like there may be some confusion regarding this. We award guest checkouts with points by default, but this functionality can be disabled easily from the app settings, and you can also have points expire to lower your costs. Glow has had 99.99% uptime since we launched last year, with no significant downtime. We hope you will reconsider and give us a chance to help. We have solutions in place for many of the issues you've described. Our support team is online M-F from 8 AM - 5 PM PST, and we would be happy to discuss further if you're willing.
L'application est bien customisable avec le css pour ressembler au style de ma boutique. J'apprécie ne pas avoir de widget sur ma boutique mais juste un lien discret. Ma boutique n'étant pas encore ouverte je n'ai pas pu tester si tout fonctionne correctement, en espérant ne pas avoir de problème. En tout cas je suis content pour l'instant d'avoir trouvé cette appli qui fait tout ce que je veux, mieux que tout le reste du marché.

Hey there, I think there might be some confusion here because Glow does have a completely free plan. There are no fees and no monthly charges on the free plan and it works with up to 50 loyalty members. You can find it on our pricing page and in the app on the subscription page when the app is installed. There is NOOOOO support. Every time I launch this app it says no one is available and they will get back to me in 1 day. Then the messages wont go through half the time. Don't waste your time. **** UPDATE I have waited for weeks for someone to bother to reach out after this review and STILL no one bothers. PLEASE STAY AWAY. There are much better performing apps with support on the marketplace.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT!! The app will randomly work for customers. Any customer that already has reward point can not access them. It is NOT WORTH IT!!!!

As for customers not being able to redeem their points, it sounds like you may have exceeded the max number of customers with points on the free plan or disabled the app inadvertently, but we are happy to investigate further and help if you circle back. Our team has reached out a couple of times from what I can see but we haven't received any replies. Perhaps an email issue? Not certain but we'd love an opportunity to help if you can please email support@glowloyalty.com and ask for Larry or Ryan.
The free app is nice. I like how easy it was to set up. I do not like that the points for whatever reason won't automatically add after the purchase. Not sure why but I had to add the points myself. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.
It is a great fit for my clothing website. I love seeing the new members and emails templates are great.

I've tried all the top rated and popular rewards apps on Shopify and this is by far the best one. Easy to set up and customize, beautiful layout, no ridiculous or hidden fees, what's not to love?
So price is ok but they don't integrate with Langify, thats a must have for us. Also the email reminders they send have their emails in it so that doesnt look good or professional at all.

All the features in the free app are perfect for a small indie brand like me. I am proud to offer Glow loyalty program to my customers.
Many of the free features you have with Glow you normally have to pay for with other apps, and they often want you to make a big financial jump to gain access to them.
These type of apps dont' feel as if they are designed for small businesses that are growing slowly and steadily. Glow has obvisouly recognised this gap and got it right.
I am not a techie person, but I found it easy to use and navigate.
I love the fact that I can offer VIP features and that I can manually add points to customer's acounts - an important feature as I also have return customers visit me at Gift Fairs.
The refer a friend reward options are fantastic too.
All round happy, so program is up and running on my website now :)

Holy cow! I've tried all the other apps and, let me tell you, they are pricey! Glow lets me do everything I want to and more and I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars a month! The app is super clean and user friendly and, when I've needed them, support has been helpful and quick to respond.
I really wish more apps on Shopify were this easy to use and setup. Our industry is all about brand loyalty so its really great to be able to count on an app like this to keep our customers coming back to us time and time again!
If you're on the fence, they have a free plan you can try out for as long as you need. Just do it, you'll thank me later.
