I had a challenge with Google Ads suspending my account. After going in circles with Google, i reached out to Simprosys Google Shopping Feed Customer Support team. I was supported by Kalp Dev. Kalp was very helpful and walked me through the possible issues or concerns noticed on my webpage, once the website was reviewed. Recommendations were provided to me with multiple screen shoots to walk me through the areas of concern. Once I made my updates i was notified by Google Ads that my account had been Un-Suspended(activated). Thank you Kalp for all you hard work and dedication to helping me out. Five Star on your customer service level.

I was really nervous to delete the Google Channel app from Shopify, but editing GTIN one by one in GMC was grueling! Google channel doesn't sync them all the time and it was a nightmare. I deleted it, set up this app as my main feed and everything was updated in a matter of minutes. You'd think Google would have more user-friendly options, but they don't. This app shaved HOURS off of the mundane mouse clicking. Definitely recommend!

Don't bother looking anywhere else, this is the only automated Google Shopping feed app you'll ever need. It's a real credit to the team behind this that they've been able to build such a robust integration that not even Google themselves could build without bricking your Google Merchant account!
