Asked a question and was answered quickly and professionally. The issue was rectified super fast and was actually nothing to do with the app itself but more so how Google reads the information in your theme.

We currently have 9 Shopify stores and the latest revision of Shopify's own Google Shopping app made it completely useless for us - as it probably has for anyone with multiple stores or who isn't a complete noob in Google Ads. This app is exactly what we were looking for - very easy to get setup, virtually no maintenance (actually far easier to upkeep than Shopify's old Google Shopping app), and it does all we need it to do, which is keep our product feeds synced and up to date. It also allows optional listing of all variants in the product feed, which is a huge plus.
I would recommend this app to anyone. We were happy with Shopify's old Google Shopping app, but even if Shopify made the old app available again we'd still pay for this one because it allows us to have all our variants listed and just makes things so much easier.
I tried using this app but it wasn't very intuitive. Google merchant center showed that the products were pending due to "microdata" issues. I contacted the app designer and he sent me a video on how to fix the issue. However, it seemed to be too complicated. I am now looking for other options.
I love this app, it has helped give my store more exposure in the marketplace. If you want to have your products shown to buyers, then this is app you need
Amazing Support! I got really fast support via Skype during the Saturday and Sunday! My problem was quickly solved, more than that I got help regarding my AdWords conversion tracking issues, now I know what is the problem behind so I can solve it! Recommend!
