Highly recommend. Easy to use and user-friendly if you want to run a campaign through Google then your in right place!!

I upload all products to Google shopping and enter the pending list.
Several days, some products are moved to an unapproved state.
I cancelled the unapproved products.
But all the products went into the unapproved state one by one in a few days, I moved all the unapproved products out.
I then immediately received a notification that my Google Merchant Center account was blocked.
Thank you for wasting my time.

my google ad and merchant accounts are suspended and there is no proper reason for suspension. All my ads are stopped. I cant edit my campaigns in this app. All my products are instantly disapproved. lot of issues. No idea where to look for help.

So far it seems fine, other than there's no search. If you have 100's of products how can you search and see if that product is approved and listed. You can't sift through pages and pages looking for it.

No one is mentioning that we received an email from Shopify saying we had no choice but had to make this move before end of Jan 2018. This page says it's beta. But we were told we had no choice and had to move and the other google shopping app was being disconnected.

Absolute garbage. I've been trying for over a month to get my products listed on Google. They keep disapproving my listings. I've reached out to Shopify several times and they keep telling me it's Google's problem. I've tried reaching out to Google and it sends me to Google Ads, which doesn't help because it's the wrong department. Nothing helps me reach the Google Merchant Center help desk. There's such a huge lack of customer support and a very poor quality of integration. There's no clear instructions of why your listings get disapproved. I've read that other customers didn't have any issues on other ecommerce platforms such as WooCommerce. This suggests that it's definitely an integration issue between both Shopify and Google, and someone needs to take responsibility for the issues and fix them before Shopify loses customers due to this terrible performing app. There is absolutely no point to staying with Shopify if this app won't list your products. There's no other way to be seen online unless you physically share your website to social media platforms. It's absolutely ridiculous and has been the bane of my existence for the last 30+ days.

Ob Benutzerdefeniert oder nicht die APP gibt nicht die GTN/Barcode so weiter . Ich verlange umgehend eine Behebung der Probleme die von dieser APP kommen.
