I have been using them for over a year now and am very satisfied with their company. I have used other POD suppliers and these guys are way better because they have so many products and great service. We personalize our items and they make it easy to integrate. Highly recommend!

Gooten has stellar customer service! Wow! Last week I had a shipment that came late from Gooten and it had all kinds of stickers on it and looked like it had been drug under a truck. I contacted Gooten and sent a picture of the package. They not only got back to me with details, they refunded the order for my trouble. Super customer service always. And if I have a question, I almost always get an email answer the very next day.
As an aside, the products are great too. I have created custom pillows, scarves, tote bags, journals and greeting cards. The quality is great and my designs look wonderful. And everything is made in the USA! That's a big selling point and I can highlight that on every product.

I use a variety of PoD vendors, and LOVE some of the unique items we can get at Gooten. Our niche is specifically towards the fashion/pageant industry and our customers have really enjoyed the items and come back for more. They don't have the biggest apparel variety, but their other items are top-notch!

The user interface in their software is A+. It's hard to believe how sophisticated it is compared to other popular POD companies. I've had a couple of different exchanges with their support and sales team and have been nothing but impressed with speed, clarity, and kindness.

For the most part, I've been very satisfied with their service. I've been using Gooten for about a year now and it's been great! The support usually responds within a day which is pretty amazing compared to other providers I've used. The only small issue is that processing sometimes takes up to 5 business days but other than it's been a smooth process on every order.
Note: I've only ordered canvas posters from them.
Our experience with Gooden has been outstanding in every respect and aspect of the operation of our retail and wholesale stores.
