Gooten is a fantastic print-on-demand service. They stand out with their unique offering of customized neck labels for sweatshirts and hoodies, a feature I haven't found on other platforms. What's impressive is that this level of customization doesn't come with a hefty price tag; Gooten's rates are quite affordable. As a Shopify user, the easy integration was a huge relief. It's a genuine solution for anyone looking to enhance their merchandise with quality and personalization.

I ordered one sample of each item I plan on using and love all of them! The acrylic blocks are my favorite and I could not find them offered anywhere else. They are just gorgeous! There is fabulous detail in the prints and the color matching is really good and the thick acrylic makes from some fascinating effects.
I keep seeing comments about how Gooten doesn't do their own printing. I do not see how this can be considered a problem as many of the other POD don't do their own printing either, including some POD favorites used by thousands of people. I would not let that dissuade you if you are on the fence about Gooten like I was. Install the app and order some samples and see for yourself.
Their response time to my inquiries was very fast and they answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Production times are all listed for all products and while new partners like me might wait a little longer at the start for quality control, production times will speed up a bit. And in comparison to another POD service I use, their production times are understandable.
Gooten has been a wonderful partner for my store. They have excellent customer service and they provide a large selection of high quality items.
We used this app to help us with some print-on-demand art. Whenever we've used it, it's been quick, helpful, and customer service friendly. We had an issue with a customer's order, and I reached out to get assistance. Within 24 hours, I got a response and my issue fixed.
I've tried quite a few other print on demand companies and so far none have remotely compared as far as the range of product options, and especially customer service. I absolutely love how in-depth their how-to pages are as well, they answered so many questions such as differences in paper and blanket types. Highly recommend for their thoroughness!

Just started working with Gooten to create my first design. The design functionality seems straight forward and the specs are laid out clearly, which is nice. I'm looking forward to working with them.
Just started with Gooten and setup was easy. Product hub is easy to navigate, template guidelines for artwork is provided, and you can save and organize your designs for use now or later. Design interface is detailed and professional. The only thing I wish they would add is the ability to mark favorite products under your account.
