Two things:

1. I am simply amazed by the genius of this app. The feedback and wishlist features are integrated so smoothly that it's not intrusive yet highly visible. The social login feature, the rewarding system for various things simple yet very effective. I don't know all the features yet but I can already see there are quite a few more to use although I am already fully happy with the ones I have set up. So yes as I said, genius.

2. Customer support deserves another set of five stars. Its chat service is prompt and the representative I had (Alice) was very sweet and very helpful. She helped me twice in the same day and sorted my query quickly.

In overall, I believe if you get but a single app for your store, you should install this one.

some features aren't working, for example i cant apply test the app on my offline versions of my store even though there's an option for that it doesnt apply, so if i make any changes i have to publish it which makes my customers confused
UPDATE:
Alice from customer service reached out and was very helpful. still there quite some features that i would like to improve. im currently still working with their customer service and hopefullt they can get it done

We want to assure you that Growave is working properly and the part you mentioned is no exception. The "Active theme" seems to have misled you and for that, we are really sorry.

This option was mostly implemented for our development team so that they could understand which theme they should work on. And we beg your pardon if some confusion has taken place in the description of that part.
Thanks to you, we're going to change its description to avoid any misleading in the future.

I used this app to set up wish list and reviews. The customer service alone is reason enough to keep the app even on a free trial basis. These features enhanced my site and I would definately reccomend!

Im so disappointed in this app. After removing it, because it did not provide anything of benefit to my customers or growth of my store, it has left random punctuation on my site that I can not fix. It's almost like the app wasn't fully developed, and some sort of "residue" was left after removing it.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the bad experience and disappointing you. However, we would like to note that it was not done intentionally. We’re afraid some of the Growave files are still in your theme due to the improper removal of the app.

We would love to make things right and fix any issues caused by Growave. And we would not forgive ourselves for letting you go with a bad impression of our app.

May I ask you to install our app again, thus we'll be able to clear all our files? Without installing our app, regrettably, we have no access to your files to remove lingering code. Promise it will be fixed in no time :)

Since I first started using Growave a few weeks ago it has been very seamless and easy to integrate with my site. Some features do require support from the help desk but they jump on top of requests and are always eager to assist. Nothing but good reviews from me and my team and we can't wait to dive into more of the features!

This app works so well for us. We had to do some changes to a previously loyalty system and programmers and CSR team were so accommodating and did some minor back end work for me to make it work. The customer service is unreal good (Tattu and Alice are so amazing). Really happy with the app and the responsiveness.

THE GREATEST ALL IN ONE APP, AND, BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT BAR NONE! I am very busy setting up my new clothing line Ascension Inspired Clothing - it's a completely new business, but, what the Growave app will enable me to do is nothing short of incredible. It's my first store launch but from the get go it will look extremely professional. You get a lot for your money with Growave and I can now pivot my business like an established high street brand. Rewards programme, wishlists, referrals etc etc. WOW all in ONE. I spent a week on YouTube researching reviews of other rewards apps and after a lot of consideration finally came to Growave. The customer support from Growave has been AMAZING, I feel SAFE in their hands. Alex has been a whizz and set up the Growave features and even helped with some customisation on my Turbo theme! He has listened and responded well and on time to my emails and I am particular to how I want my store to look. Tina & Alice have been great too in fact they all have. I am on the basic subscription tier and what's great is that it offers everything. There is an option for Klaviyo intergration which I will want to go with at a later date when I get to grips with email marketing. Growave is a credit to themselves and the Shopify! They are the gold standard with which all over apps should set themselves. There's a reason why they are 4.9 and it's because they deserve it. I've had a couple of bad experiences with other apps recently and not replying to me and have since uninstalled the apps but I know I won't be with Growave. I'm happy to give this review 100% satisfaction and take my time out to do it. Well done and thanks to the Growave team! ⭐

Amazing team and customer service. They installed the module perfectly as you like it. the design option is limitless and they can customise the styles the way you like. plus it work better than the other apps i have used.
