The communication is very fast. Full help provided by the helper as per my needs. Love it! Would recommend!
I have tried other Loyalty apps before and none of them have the ease of setup and implementation as Growave. The out of the box options already have a beautiful modals and you can style to make it on brand.
Usually the Support for many Shopify apps offer good Support, but they go above and beyond. Besides that their UI is simple and easy to navigate, offer full flexibility on how to setup your points/rewards and their Shoppable Instagram modal is incredible and, in a few days, drove more revenue than I expected. Highly recommended!
