The best app if you want to give a great experience and support to your customers, the macros are the best thing, no other app can do what this can. They just pull all data from Shopify and it's at a glance.

Takes a little time setting up to suit your needs but that's only a testament to its power and flexibility. Plus, their CS during this difficult time has been very understanding. Just be aware that you will need to pay extra for ChannelReply if you want to use it for eBay contacts.
