I really love this app to communicate with our customers, it makes for everything being connected ,so that I spend less time looking for their orders and more time helping them with the issue at hand. I wish there were some way to have internal notes as an option, all in one place maybe on the right-hand side at the top so that all you have to do is click a button and see everything that was written internally. Other than that, the CSR are very responsive. Nice app.

Gorgias has an amazing support team! They have quick response time, very professional and helpful. All of this, and in a timely manner. They have followed through with every conversation I have had with them. We would highly recommend them!

Zoran was super helpful! Quickly answered my questions and even made a video explaining what the issue was. The Gorgias app has been very helpful and has allowed us to serve our customers better. Having it sync with shopify makes answering emails much easier. The customer service we have experienced with Gorgias has been fantastic!

We went from using several different apps and our CS team having dozens of tabs open to service customers, to then moving to Gorgias and having it all pretty much in one place. We can see if a customer has reached out through different channels through Gorgias ticket history, we can set rules based on different variables that come up, and their support team is top notch! If I ever have a question or issues that's not answered in their FAQs, they have a chat feature within the app and are very quick to respond.
