The free plan for small stores that recieve less than 2000 views a month is great for people interested in analytics.

i had the original app last year when i first launched then deleted it as it started charging me . re-downloaded this year but its not giving me access to recordings via shopify. where is the app?

It's a really good app. Helped me fix a couple of dire issues which prevented my viewers from finishing a purchase. Plus, it helps me understand the user experience of my key pages. My only issue, which is probably not a huge one to others but which I have yet to find a way around in the case of my site, is that the software slows the page load speed of my site. Otherwise, it's a really awesome app that I would recommend over and over.

Awesome! Very helpful spy tool. It allowed me to watch my visitors closely and know their reactions so I can upgrade my website for better sales.
Cheap billing rate too.

I feel the app is ok I do like the feedback tab. Overall I think it can be of use for Shopify vendors.

Was working initially then stopped shortly after HotJar site issue last month. Multiple attempts to reconnect not successful.

Customer service is poor. keep on sending me away to the FAQ, where there is no answer for my question. Help Centre didnt want to help me, in fact send me to the Resource Library, where there is no help. Same like talking to a bot.

Extremely useful and easy to use. Recommended to all at least for the newbies. You'll find it very useful to collect data and analyze your customers.

Such a great free version, its helping me figure out what Im lacking to drive conversions. Surveys, polls, heatmaps, session captures, etc. HUGE HELP! thank you so much!
