Great app, blown away by Dan's customer service on a free app and the apps functionality.
Very good app for beginners, just add it and take 2-3 minutes to customize and you're done.
You can do basic editing within the app to tailor it, for more edits you obviously need to know html.
It works but we do get a lot of questions so for example if you have 3 in a day they'll all be clumped together. I really hate this because sometimes I miss questions. I will be looking for another form.
Nice app, easy to install and to use.
The only thing I would like to change, is the English "contact us" at the bottom of the shop. As I operate in Belgium and The Netherlands, I would prefer to write the "contact us" in Dutch "contacteer ons".
Love this app, will always give it five stars. I've used this on three different business ventures and it never lets me down. I love that it stores a copy of the message within Shopify so even if you delete the email by accident you'll always have access to the message. Well done guys.

This is an okay app until you need customer service.
A quick and poor response from Dan.
Full review: The contact form is easy to use and setup. The app starts at free and we were able to use this tier despite having a pretty good number of contacts per week. The app threads email in Gmail as one thread despite the unique number assigned to each case. I brought this issue to Dan (the owner and dev) after it was brought to me by the customer service team. Dan's first reply was extremely short and unhelpful. As I pushed further Dan was slightly kinder still disregarding the issue as not an issue saying it was Google's fault.
The contact form page isn't really all that good because you can't style it without going into the theme code which I might as well just do for my default contact page.
Still definitely worth four stars though for the contact widget. I don't want to have a live chat widget as of yet because I still need to set up a customer service system but the contact form widget still reminds people that they can always ask us a question.
The thing points the email to your personal gmail if you dont have intials@yourstore.com email address ... so if you reply it goes from your personal email ... I hit support and asked and the guy who developed it years ago and clearly has no interest was a total jerk ... I might hang onto this for right now since I'm not giving him money, but perhaps $5 intials@yourstorename.com from google is a smart move!
Hi Slyskin. This app can send your contact form submissions to any email address you'd like. They can go to your personal email or to your store email, or to any other address. You can edit the email address you want to receive messages at through the app.
