Easy to set up and works well!
Does the job when you want to up-sell a product or offer, and fantastic customer service response so far. However, the customization is a bit tricky so it requires a bit of trial and error to get the design right. Also, I believe there is quite some work to be done on the app's analytics/data to show actual figures vs "potential revenue".

We will certainly take your feedback regarding customization being tricky and work on that. Regarding analytics on how your offers are performing, I'm afraid that due to Shopify restrictions regarding levels of developer access to the checkout page, our app can't track how many actual sales were completed on your store - we can only track how many times a customer on your store used the offer box to add one or more items into your cart (and what the total value of those items upsold were).
So we can track everything up into the checkout page, but we can't track whether a customer actually finished checkout (making it an official sale). I hope that makes sense? And again, that is an unfortunate Shopify restriction that we can't work around :(

In Cart Upsell is a 5 star app. It’s a great way to engage your clients right before they’re leaving! We had a visible increase in sales of our online and printed magazine. We are now starting a whole new line of products and In Cart Upsell will be a main player in how we will deliver and connect with our future customers giving them more chances to add to their cart with stylish pop ups and never being too intrusive in the buying phase.
Tracking the results is another added tool that makes this app a must-have if you have products to sell or services that can be added up to give more to your customers and it helped us understand what customers want and even what they weren’t interested in … great marketing tool!

This app helped me raise my Average Order Value. I had to ask for customer support some times till it was like I wanted but in the end, it worked fine.

I always come back to in cart upsell when I need in cart upsell app. It had serve me well in the past. I am looking to increase the upsell conversion vs post purchase upsell. Amazing support. Highly recommended.
