It blocks the whole page and does not let the visitor exit. If they reload the page, it loads back up. This is a horrible experience.

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to write a review. When you open the chat by selecting the icon on the online store - you can also select the application icon once again to close the chat. With that being said, the application should still allow you to still select items on the online store. I love this app. It's great that I can chat using the app and my customers receive messages as texts once they are offline. I would give this 5 stars if I could change the prompts. "Check order status" is not relevant to my customers and confuses them. Pls change the coding to allow shop owners to add different conversation starters.

i am getting issue for speedtest for this plugin is there any solution ?
if it causing the trouble why should we use this plugin ?
