two star review: everything was working fine until two weeks ago. text bar goes all the way to the top now in the mobile app so i cant see anyone’s previous messages. THIS IS HIGHLY INCONVENIENT. i reached out to customer support & they said they will forward to the devs. idk how it’s not fixed yet. there’s been other issues w shopify too. kinda insane they don’t prioritize fixing these bugs as many small businesses rely on them. my shopify worked perfectly about 1 year ago. things seem to keep declining. i’ve never had to contact support so much.

As of my last knowledge update in December 2023, Shopify Inbox has provided a seamless experience for businesses looking to streamline their customer communication.

The platform's user-friendly interface and integration with Shopify's ecosystem have made it efficient in managing customer inquiries, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Its robust features, such as automated responses and order management, have proven to be invaluable for businesses, making it a highly recommended tool for e-commerce operations.

Keep in mind that there may have been updates or changes to Shopify Inbox since my last knowledge update.

The app works really well, I can answer via desktop or mobile to help customers with any questions, it has helped to secure purchases that may otherwise have been lost.

I love the generated AI text, it makes life so much easier, specially when receiving "offers" for website checkup for potential issues. That AI knows how to reply back in a flick denying those offers. I absolutely love it!!!

Easy to use. Sometimes there is a delay of a few minutes before a chat message is delivered on my phone, but overall, it's a helpful app.

Unfortunately Shopify deleted some links in my store without asking permission then they closed the chat and failed me after being on the chat for hrs the close the chat again. It was Shopify mistake. Now escalation has occurred and they won't fix the issue, furthermore, they requested for me to reload again the information which I paid to begin with 5 yrs ago. This matter needs to be addressed as I do not know how to do this. There Isn't telephone support just chat the website company has failed me. Again I'm giving a 3 stars because the beginning was great but now it's really difficult to deal with getting escalations handle at all. My website looks unpolished and unprofessional until they help.
