Really helpful for live chatting with customers in need of help. I've used this app for several years and always get chats that turn into sales. I think making contact super easy for customers really helps them trust our site.
It's great that you can search your messages now, that wasn't always the case and presented a major issue. One thing that is a bit confusing is that notifications sometimes go to my personal email and sometimes show up in the Shopify mail, it makes it difficult to find messages at times since searches don't bring up the email.
It would also be great to have the possibility to have a link to all correspondence in the order itself, this would make it a lot quicker to access and avoid confusion.
This is a good app, many customers contact through it. It makes it easy to guide them. There is also a lot of potential for sales to increase on the online store.

I like the fact that the App knows when it's a Spam email and adjusts accordingly to keep my Store safe from those who want to try and do financial harm.
I also like the fact that the Shopify Platform is a one-stop shop for all my needs to make the maneuverings that make it much better easier and faster.
Works good mostly only issue is that every time a customer sends a reply it shows up as a separate email rather than just in the same thread wich is kind of bad
The app is super informative and integrates well with my email list. I could engage with my subscribers instantly, which was a big plus.
I love that this allows me to work from my phone so easily to manage support chats.
I really wish that we would be allowed to have quick replies with more than 350 characters. I have a lot of support questions that could use much longer responses that are pre-filled, but i have to go to my customer support system & copy the responses to bring over, which takes some time.
I also wish that we could see which instant answers caused sales to happen, so we had a better grasp on which instant answers to keep and what to else to test!
This keeps all our communication in one place and is a great tool for hashing out details for custom pieces. The AI response suggestions are decent as well for quick communication about one off questions if needed.
