Shopify Inbox ist ein wichtiger Teil unseres Onlineshops weil es uns ermöglicht, direkt mit unseren Kunden zu kommunizieren und sie beraten zu können. Einfach in der Installation und noch einfacher im täglichen Gebrauch.
L'app funziona benissimo, sarebbe utile che si potesse eseguire lo switch da un negozio all'altra per chi come noi hanno più negozi shopify.
It's so easy and saves a lot of time. It's way better than it seemed at first and Imglad I tried it.
How come none of the 1 star reviews are pin-pointing the worse part about this app? The app creates customer profiles on its own, so when the customer goes to create an account, it says "this email is already in use".
But the email has no password and information so its rendered useless and has to be deleted by an admin before the customer can create their account. Who knows how many customers we have lost due to this.
UPDATE: I see your response but it does not make sense. Please try to understand that a customer cannot access their account page if they do not have a profile to go to. So how does a customer update their password when a password was never created? We have contacted Shopify support and escalated the case and are still not clear how this is effecting our customers.
Based on your reply, you assume the customers have an account page once they start a conversation. But they do not. They start a conversation and a customer profile is created with no password and no access. The customer, from what i can see, cannot update anything without our help now.

If the customer enters their email (using the online store chat) and an account is created without a password, then they can create a password by resetting their password directly on the customer accounts page. Looks easy to set up and use but from client perspective the chat icon bugs everytime they try to initiate a chat. When they clic on the icon, it desepears and the website freeze completetly. It is so bad for client experience. How to avoid that? So for now i had to disable it.

This is really a great app! Helps you with Facebook Messages and also other channels. I think this is one of those must have apps.
This is a great app. It enables you to connect with prospective customers and assist them with purchases or assist with customer service issues efficiently.
Work quite well. Have not experienced any issues. Love the fact I can also see all the messages coming in from Facebook and Instagram through Meta Business (fb business). Also love the ability to put messages in certain categories. Really like this app!
