The reason I like it is that visitors seem to be more inclined to use chat than call on the phone, so we are able to engage them more readily.

Wir haben die App seit einigen Wochen im Shop. Die Livechat-Funktion lässt sich leicht in die Webseite integrieren und im Stil wunderbar konfigurieren. Wir haben Chats sowohl über Desktop-PC als auch Smartphone-App geführt, beides problemlos und einfach. Der Funktionsumfang erlaubt größeren Teams das Zuweisen von Anfragen - wir sind so klein, dass wir vieles gar nicht brauchen. Ich hatte unter 10 Livechats, die alle super funktioniert haben. Die wenigen echten Chats sind auch darin begründet, dass Inbox erlaubt, automatisierte Antworten zu erstellen - das wird von unseren Kund:innen sehr gut angenommen, so holen die sich ihre Antworten, einfach selbständig auch außerhalb unserer Servicezeiten. Ich bin überzeugt, dass Inbox uns dabei hilft, Interessenten zu Kunden zu machen.
Semplice da utilizzare e molto comoda sia per chi vende che per i clienti online. Consigliatissima!
