It's generally excellent. The only issue is that it doesn't work flawlessly in Chrome or Edge. It works fine in Firefox. If the bugs causing it to not work perfectly in Chrome and Edge could be sorted out, it would be brilliant. Separately, it would be good if the message sound in the app on an iPhone could be edited as, for me, it's a bit quiet, so it is easy to miss a chat
Shopify Inbox is very useful. I like that you can set parameters for auto-replies when you are not around to answer immediately such as customers asking questions in the middle of your night.
A must-have app on your store. Very easy to communicate with the customers.

lIKE IT, BUT GAVE A SCAMMER THE INTERACTIVITY TO CREATE A LOT OF STRESS BY SENDING E A PAGE OF FALSE CODE 24 HOURS BEFORE LAUNCHING 3 YEARS HARD WORK, HOWEVER, IT HAS CREATED LEADS FROM NOT A LOT, SO FOR THAT I GIVE 3 STARS, THE LEADS ARE FEW BUT NONE THE LESS LEADS, ITS JUST A CHAT, ITS DOWN TO YOU TO REALLY HAMMER THE SALE WHEN THE MESSAGE OMES IN, BUT I CAN PUT MY EMAI ANYWHERE AND AKLOW THAT LUS I HAVE AL MY SOIAL MEDIA, I AM 50/50 ON THIS TOOL AND DOUBT I WILL BE KEEPING IT
Deleting this app!! All you get from it is an outrageous amount of SPAM.
I have had to block so many messages and especially on my social media accounts. I never had spam on there before. Seems like my traffic on my site has gone way down in the past few weeks also. I tested the Track my order question I added, and it doesn't work at all. I used my most recent order that has tracking and all I got was this message, Sorry, we couldn't find an order with the order number and email address you provided.
Please check for typos and ensure the order number is from our online store. You can also message us for help.
This app is Another BRILLIANT SHOPIFY BUILT APP. I really expect way more from team of so-called experts that I have been paying for more than a year now. All Your Apps SUCK!!!! They do more harm than good to your store.

I recommend blocking any spam conversations you receive through Shopify Inbox. You can do so by clicking the exclamation mark in the top right corner of your screen, or the 3 dots if you're using the mobile app.
