I used to get bogged down with emails to the point of not checking inbox for days - too much junk mail! I'd miss customers' emails. Not any more! I love this app because it lets me know when I have a customer wanting to talk with me, and that's really important to me. Tip - be sure to enable mobile notifications and you'll never miss another timely connection with a customer.

I find this App very good because you get immediate responses the message or mail is sent directly to you so you can contact the costomers quickly i certainly will continue using this App.

Overall, the integration is great. We shopify business owners really need this, and since all the app developers are gouging us on their monthly fees, I really enjoy the abilities this app offers. However, there are things that are a necessity to add to the app to make it functional to everyone.

1. Add the ability to have multiple stores connected to the inbox so we can see all of our chats in one place.

2. Translations - Let people see what we write in their own language, and vice versa.

Its a great app but I find myself looking for other solutions that have these features.

I really do not understand why so many negative reviews of this excellent chat support app from Shopify.
This really an excellent free add-on for any store owners to increase the sales.

Occasionally, specific customers who utilize the contact page find on my website, sometimes their messages are directed solely to my personal email address and consequently do not appear within the Shopify Inbox. This diversion of messages to private email accounts can result in a lack of centralized communication and potential oversight. As a result, there might be a delay in responding to customer inquiries or addressing concerns promptly.

Exceptionally helpful application. Simple to chat with my clients from any where. The automated message is perfect. also, the best thing is one stage for all inboxes including Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify

Changed from as this is much better integrated with Shopify obviously. All seems great the biggest problem we have is the notifications. played a loud jingle when messages arrived and the browser icon on the PC would flash. Inbox seems to offer no notifications most of the time and then the odd time a single subtle bing.
We have missed a few chats because of this and might be the reason we stop it and go back as it kind of messes us up and makes us look bad.

Very smooth and nice chat.
It shows a lot of information about the message sender on the right hand side, which is amazing. This includes whether the customer has products in their cart. Awesome! I love it!

Shopify Inbox has served us very well over the years, however I would like to disable the recently introduced CATCHPA on the Inbox Chat. I do not believe this feature is serving us well. It reduces considerably the number of opportunistic chats that are taking place. Our potential customers do not want to jump through hoops to chat with us. Just add this option to the settings. In the meantime I am tempted to look for something else to replace Inbox.
