Works well, and we don't have to worry about adding a 3rd party chat app.
It's really easy to use and gives your shop a professional way to engage and respond to customer inquiries
I makes customer communication really easy and everything - the inbox and chat are in one place!
The one thing you REALLY need to add is the ability to put links in quick replies. We have to cut and paste the same links 20-30 times per day and it's frustrating.
Otherwise, it's great!
Spammers need to stay off. If not I will chat bot prompt and copy and paste their work and use to my advantage
For a free inbox app, it does the basics and does them well.
